Heron Bay HOA

community

It was important to Heron Bay’s developers that the community meet a variety of lifestyles such as the empty-nester; the family that has outgrown their current home; or someone seeking a second home.  As a result there truly is something for everyone in the community of Heron Bay.

What Residents Have To Say About Heron Bay

Heron Bay is such a friendly place. In our first six months here we met more people than in the former community where we lived for 7 years!

Grab your sunglasses and your favorite cocktail where the living is easy. There’s something magical about getting up and looking out of your window at the glassy water. And a thriving array of social groups will keep you inspired. The Heron Bay journey is so serene and peaceful that it is rare when people move away.

Doug and Nancy

During our 16 years living in Heron Bay, we have enjoyed both the scenic beauty of our neighborhood and Buckeye Lake. It is especially been a privilege to connect with many wonderful neighbors through various social activities, sporting events and committee projects. Heron Bay is a warm and welcoming community with lots of interesting and caring people.

Location, location, location---Heron Bay's is perfect for our extended family. Who knew that Ohio's best recreational lake was an easy 2 hr drive from our children's homes in Pittsburgh and Cincinnati? This convenience makes family get-togethers a common occurance and has strengthened an already tight bond. Moving to Heron Bay was the best thing we ever did.

Art and Carole

This is the third neighborhood we have lived in during our 44 year marriage and it far exceeds any previous experiences. The community is extremely friendly and at the same time provides a level of privacy. We used to travel south in winter, but since moving here, we enjoy the community so much that we have not felt the need to leave. We found a gem in Central Ohio and have no plans to look any further.

Bill and Lynne

Moving to Heron Bay was a lifestyle change we were excited to embrace.  Done with the hustle of raising our family in the city, we love the peacefulness of the countryside and new activities 'lake life' and the community have to offer.

Volunteerism is key to community

Volunteers make Heron Bay tick. From managing our community as directors, organizing and running social events, maintaining amenities, planting wildflowers and even building bocce courts. Heron Bay’s many volunteers keep us organized, active and safe.
