I made a check for $25 to Heron Bay Master Association as payee and sent it to Towne Properties at 777A Dearborn Park Lane Worthington, OH 43085. I wrote “8488 602127” on the memo line. If applicable, a fee was also sent to the architect at Keiser Design Group, 800 Cross Pointe Road, SuiteM, Gahanna, OH 43230

Acceptance

With this submittal I understand that: 1) the 30-day review period does not commence until all documentation to complete my application is received by the DCC, 2) work will not commence on this improvement until written notification of approval has been received by the DCC, 3) the Committee and Association assume no liability resulting from the approval or disapproval of any plans submitted, 4) I, and my contractors, are responsible for the safety, structural and mechanical integrity of the project and, 5) the project will be constructed in compliance with applicable codes, laws and regulations. . 5) I acknowledge that every new structure or addition to an existing structure is subject to Thorn Township Zoning Restrictions and setback requirements and I must complete and submit a separate application and fee to Thorn Township Zoning Department at www.thorntownship.com/zoning.html. 6) The Design Control Committee has permission to enter my property to make inspections, as they deem necessary.
